AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 5,95,550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 02, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,94,53,726 (238,47,26,863 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,06,44,826 (238,53,22,413 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
