AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Bank at its meeting held on April 30, 2015 has formulated and adopted "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
