AXIS BANK LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2015, inter alia, has decided to reappoint Shri V. Srinivasan, Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director & Head (Corporate Banking) of the Bank for a further period of three years with effect from October 15, 2015 i.e. for the period October 15, 2015 to October 14, 2018 subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the Shareholders of the Bank.
