AXIS BANK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,12,431 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 19, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,84,55,580 (237,92,27,790 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,88,80,442 (237,94,40,221 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
