AYM Syntex Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (''SEBI Listing Regulations'') we wish to inform you that based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated May 22, 2024 has approved the appointment of Mr. Harsh Shailesh Bhuta and Ms. Mala Todarwal as an additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director) for a term of Five (5) consecutive years w.e.f. May 28, 2024 to May 27, 2029. They are not liable to retire by rotation. Please note that Mr. Harsh Shailesh Bhuta and Ms. Mala Todarwal are not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any order by the SEBI or any other such authority.
