Films and Media Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window' for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company by insiders, shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 till the completion of two (2) days after the announcement of inter alia the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges.
