Exchange is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from 1st April 2024 and will reopen after 48 hours of the publication of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2024.
