Bajaj Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from October 01, 2015 to October 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company, who have already been informed of the same.
