Bajaj Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, appointed Mr, Ankit Chudiwala as Head - Internal Audit with effect from February 20, 2017, in place of Mr. Manoj Gupta.
