Bajaj Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2014, has recommended an Interim Dividend at the rate of 1150% (i.e. Rs. 11.50 per share on equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each).
