Bajaj Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 01, 2014, inter alia, has approved seeking consent of shareholders by way of postal ballot for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Rajasthan.
