Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Board at its meeting held on March 23, 2015 adopted the following Codes to be effective from May 15, 2015 :<BR><BR>1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information; and<BR><BR>2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its employees and other connected persons.
