Mr. Amir Singh Yadav (DIN: 08481111), Nominee Director (Representing Punjab National Bank) of the Company conveyed his desire to resign from the post of Nominee Director vide his e-mail dated November 02, 2021 due to his retirement from the services of Punjab National Bank. Accordingly, the tenure of Mr. Amir Singh Yadav as Nominee Director of the Company shall come to end on November 02, 2021.<BR>
