Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulation'), we would like to inform that the Company has acquired 5.04 % shareholding of Bajaj Power Ventures Private Limited (BPVPL).
