Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is being informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 29, 2024, has approved the following re-appointments subject to further approval of shareholders: a. Shri Rohit Bajaj as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for the further period of 5 years w.e.f. July 01, 2024; and b. Shri Sunil Bajaj as Executive Director of the Company for the further period of 5 years w.e.f. July 01, 2024 and amendment to his terms of appointment.
