BAJAJ STEEL INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, it is being informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares/securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed w.e.f. July 01, 2024 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The window shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of results to stock exchange.
