Cost Accounting Records for the Financial Year 2013-14 and Cost Auditors Report thereon;<br/><br/>4. Fixation of Date, Time and Venue of Ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, consideration of Ordinary business and Special business at the ensuing AGM of the Company and allied matters thereof;<br/><br/>5. Book Closure and record date for Dividend and ensuing AGM;<br/><br/>6. Appointment / Revision in period of appointment of Independent Directors in terms of new Companies Act, 2013;<br/><br/>7.
