The Trading Window for dealing/trading in the Securities/Shares of the Company will be closed from 01st May, 2017 upto the Date of Publication of Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended 31st March, 2017 (Both days are inclusive) for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has intimated all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
