Bal Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:<br/><br/>- Proposed to issue 13,00,000 securities, on preferential basis to certain strategic investors who have expressed their interest in investing in the Company, which is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
