Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following :<BR><BR>- Noted the Anti Sexual Harassment Policy for the Company, which is applicable and drafted under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 enacted by the Ministry of Law and Justice.
