Please refer attached file. The Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 01, 2024, for all Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024 are declared and submitted with the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for approval of the said results will be intimated in due course.
