BALLARPUR INDUSTRIES LTD. - Constitution of Committee of Directors by step down subsidiary

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the step down subsidiary of the Company. Ballarpur International Graphic Paper Holdings B.V (BIGPH) has on November 12, 2013 constituted a Committee of Directors to explore and evaluate various fund raising options inter alia infusion of fresh equity capital through private equity / international listing of BIGPH and / or its subsidiaries subject to applicable laws and submit its recommendations to the Management Board of BIGPH and the Company i.e. Ballarpur Industries Limited.
