Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, has noted resignation of Mr. Anup Kansal as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company (Standalone) and appointment of Mr. Neehar Aggarwal as the new CEO of the Company (Standalone) with immediate effect.
