At the meeting of Board held on 18.06.2024 rescheduled from 22.06.2024 as per annexure, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Mahendra Singh as Managing Director (Executive Director) and Mrs. Mousumi Sengupta as Additional Director (Non-Executive Director).
