Bangalore Fort Farms Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, Directors and Promoters from 01st July 2024. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2024 to the Stock Exchanges.
