Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 06, 2014 to consider and approve the un-audited (Limited Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2013, together with relevant segment reporting.
