BANK OF BARODA - Fixes Book Closure for AGM (Cut-off date for e-voting)

Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 18, 2016 to June 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 24, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Cut-Off Date for ascertaining Shareholders who will be entitled to participate in AGM through Remote E-Voting / Voting at Meeting will, June 17, 2016.
