Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Reviewed) of the Bank for the quarter / three months ended June 30, 2014, together with relevant segment reporting (Q1).<br/><br/>"Trading Window under provisions of "Bank of Baroda Directors and Employees Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" have been closed from July 17, 2014 to July 29, 2014 (both days inclusive).
