BANK OF BARODA - Additional charge of Managing Director & CEO

Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide its letter dated February 27, 2015 have advised that Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda has been entrusted with the additional charge of the Managing Director & CEO of Bank of Baroda for a period of three months w.e.f. the date of issue of the order or till the date of appointment of regular incumbent or till further order, whichever is the earliest in compliance of the Appointment Committee of Cabinets Order No. dated February 26, 2015.<BR><BR>Shri Ranjan Dhawan has taken over charge of the post from February 27, 2015.
