Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 07, 2014, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider and approve the un-audited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014, together with relevant segment reporting.<br/><br/>Further, "Trading Window" under provisions of "Bank of Baroda Directors and Employees Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" has been closed from October 20, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
