BANK OF INDIA - Assumption of office by the Shareholders' Directors

Bank of India has informed BSE that the following three directors declared as elected as the Directors of the bank at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank held on October 17, 2014, have assumed office from October 25, 2014, and shall hold office till the completion of a period of three years from the date of such assumption.<br/><br/>1.
