BANK OF INDIA - FY15 results on May 26, 2015

Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 26, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve, Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
