BANK OF INDIA - Allotment of Equity Shares on Preferential basis to General Insurance Corporation of India

Bank of India has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 46,39,294 (Forty Six Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four) Equity Shares to General Insurance Corporation of India on Preferential basis on March 30, 2016 at the price of Rs.86.22 per share.
