BANK OF INDIA - Q1 results on July 28, 2015

Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 28, 2015, <BR>inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window will remain closed from May 20, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
