BANK OF INDIA - Board declares Interim Dividend

Bank of India has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 17, 2014, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (i.e. 50%) for the Financial Year 2013-14 on Equity Share Capital.<br/><br/>Payment date will be January 29, 2014.
