In compliance of clasue 30 ot the SEBI Listing Regulations. this is to inform you that in terms of Notification F.No.4/5/(7)2017-BO.I dated 9th October, 2017, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, in exercise of powers conferred by clause(a) of sub-section 3 of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, appointed Shri Chaitanya Gayatri Chintapalli, as Executive Director of the Bank.
