BANK OF INDIA - FY16 results on May 20, 2016

Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone (Audited) and Consolidated (Audited) Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter/Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from May 14, 2016 to May 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
