BANK OF MAHARASHTRA - Board declares Interim Dividend

Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 31, 2014, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per share (@10%) on the issued equity share capital of the Bank, for the Financial Year 2013-14. The dividend payment date for the aforesaid dividend will be February 17, 2014.
