BANK OF MAHARASHTRA - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 23, 2015 to June 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 29, 2015.
