We hereby inform you that the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9(3) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub clause (1) of clause (3) of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, vide its Notification no.F.No.4/4/2018-BO.I dated 18th February, 2020 has appointed Shri Nageswara Rao Y., as an Executive Director of Bank of Maharashtra w.e.f 31.03.2020 till 21.01.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.<BR> <BR> Shri Nageswara Rao has assumed his office on 31.03.2020.
