BANK OF MAHARASHTRA - Outcome of Board Meeting

Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on August 02, 2014, August 02, 2014, in which it is decided to fill in the post of second Shareholder Director on the Board of the Bank. The Board has authorised the Chairman to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting.
