Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2021, to consider and approve the re-stated audited Financial Statements relating to the Financial Years ended March 31, 2018, 2019 and 2020 & Limited Review for the subsequent periods December 31, 2019 and 2020, for the purpose of proposed Rights issue of Equity shares.
