Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31.03.2022.<BR><BR>The recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-2022 will be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of our Company remains closed from 1.04.2022 to 1.06.2022 (both days inclusive).
