Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have appointed Smt S Sihamani as Women Director of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014 in compliance of provisions of section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreement entered into with the Stock Exchanges.
