Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window of the Company will remain close from November 07, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
