Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016, along with the Audit Report for the same.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
