BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, <br/>has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Naik as a Wholetime Director of the Company and also as an Alternate Director to Dr. Rainer Diercks with effect from August 01, 2014 in place of Dr. G. Ramaseshan who superannuates from the services of the Company effective July 31, 2014.
