BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following changes in Directorships with effect from January 01, 2015:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Dr.Andrea Frenzel as Woman Director in place of Mr.Andrew Postlethwaite;<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Narendranath Baliga as Chief Financial Officer and Wholetime Director of the Company in place of Mr.S.Regunathan;<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr.Narendranath Baliga as Alternate Director to Dr.Andrea Frenzel.
