BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure Period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, the Company hereby notifies the period from January 25, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (both days inclusive), as the "Trading Window Closure Period" in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on February 01, 2017 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2016.
