BATA INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on February 11, 2015, the Board of Directors noted that Way Finders Brands Limited (WFBL) has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from February 10, 2015. The entire share capital of Rs. 10 lac of WFBL is held by the Company and its nominees.
